Yet, connecting with our spiritual self is essential for finding balance, peace, and a deeper sense of purpose.

Your spiritual self is the essence of who you are beyond the physical and mental realms. It is the part of you that seeks meaning, purpose, and connection with something greater than yourself. I describe spirituality as an uninterrupted connection with the Divine, life-giving energy force, and the universe. If you are physically able to and the weather is permitting, I recommend taking walks in natural settings, where you can immerse yourself in the beauty and tranquility of the environment.
